Yes. We require a minimum three-month commitment on all retainers. Digital systems need time to produce measurable results, anything shorter and we are optimising for the wrong timeframe. The once-off setup fee is invoiced upfront before the project begins. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each 30-day cycle. All fees are communicated transparently before any engagement begins, no hidden costs, no surprise invoices.

We do not wait three months to identify problems. Performance monitoring is built into every retainer, weekly for Package 04, twice monthly for Packages 02 and 03. If something is not working, we identify it and adjust before it becomes a larger issue. The monthly strategic review exists specifically to catch drift before it becomes a problem.
